Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All our products — invitation cards, invitation videos, caricatures, and other artwork — are digital. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no shipping charges, ever.

2. How and when you receive your order

• Previews are shared on WhatsApp while we work on your order. For custom-designed invitations the first preview typically takes 2–5 business days from when we receive your complete event details; we confirm the expected timeline for your specific order before you commit.
• Final files are delivered on WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and usually much sooner. Delivery by email is available on request.

3. Rush orders

If your event is close, tell us — we can often prioritise. Any rush charge is agreed before you pay.

4. Didn't receive your files?

If you have paid and not received your files, message us on WhatsApp or use the details on our Contact page. If we cannot deliver within 72 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
